Answers on Return & Replacements
Send us a picture from the label within 07 days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement free of charge
Send us a picture from the damage within 24 hours after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we are able to cancel it and refund the cost of your purchase back to the original payment method.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at “info@thefermentingjar.com” to request a return shipping address. Once we have received your return, we will refund the cost of your purchase back to the original payment method.

Subscription 3 months
If the subscription is cancelled before the last delivery (3th) took place, the price will be automatically converted to the single sale price from each article.
- A shipping fee from 89 SKr per delivery for this specific order will be charged + a one time handling fee from 99 SKronor.
Subscription 6 months
If the subscription is cancelled before the 3th delivery took place, the price will be automatically converted to the single sale price from each article.
- A shipping fee from 89 SKr per delivery for this specific order + a one time handling fee from 99 SKronor will be charged.
If the subscription is cancelled after the 3th delivery but before the 6th delivery took place, the price will be automatically converted to the “3 monthly subscription” price for the applicable basket and this for all deliveries received.
- A one time handling fee from 99 SKronor will be charged.
Year subscription
If the subscription is cancelled before the 3th delivery took place, the price will be automatically converted to the single sale price from each article.
- A shipping fee from 89 SKr per delivery for this specific order + a one time handling fee from 99 SKronor will be charged.
- If the subscription is cancelled after the 3th delivery but before the 6th delivery took place, the price will be automatically converted to the “3 monthly subscription” price for the applicable basket and this for all deliveries received.
- If the subscription is cancelled after the 6th delivery took place, the price will be automatically converted to the “6 monthly subscription” price for the applicable basket and this for all deliveries received and subject to the subscription.
